THE ULTIMATE WHITE WATER RAFTING GUIDE

The Orange River Gorge awaits you!

a Breathtaking 4-day, 3-night adventure that will immerse you in the wild heart of South Africa. NO PASSPORTS REQUIRED

Your journey begins with a warm welcome at our eco riverside base camp, where you’ll settle in for one night in comfort under big shady trees, ladies and gents and a warm shower under the stars, before embarking on the river the following day.

Each morning, you’ll awaken to the gentle sounds of the water, as we serve you a fresh, nourishing breakfast to fuel the day. After packing up we will start our daily rafting routine, a 6km stretch before we stop over for lunch, we will then paddle a further 4km to set up for the evening, where we will prepare dinner and have some laughter around the campfire. Our stops will offer students the opportunity to go for a hike, do some fishing and we will be hosting a few team building games.

Our expert river guides, navigate the dramatic twists and turns of the gorge, setting up safety at each rapid, on the second morning we will portage into the Gorge where we will paddle to the falls and experience a morning shower at the RitchieFalls.

Each day is a balance of adrenaline-pumping rapids and serene, glassy stretches where you’ll take in towering cliffs and vibrant desert scenery.
From breakfast on the first morning to lunch on your final day, we take care of every meal.

Whether you’re a seasoned rafter or a first-timer, the Orange River Gorge offers a rare blend of freedom, adventure, and natural wonder—a rafting experience like no other.
